Широке застосування UHB-ZK can transfer acid and caustic liquid and slurries, also able to handle kinds of corrosive slurries in metallurgy, mining and alkene in sulfuric acid industry and waste water in Environmental protection industry. The material is virgin, unfilled linning UHMWPE，Therefore:（1）Considerably easier and more reliable quality control.(2)No reduction in the permeation resistance.(3) Pure pharmaceutical and fine chemical media: no contamination

-Multiple mechanical seal
Choose from K type oil seal, single mechanical seal and dual mechanical seal to ensure a perfect assembly for your application. According to temperature and partical content, different type mechanical can been chosen

-With connection joint( lined with polyolefin),the maintenance work can be done without remove the inlet/outlet piping

Several points on structure:
1.Light duty pump structure, suction diameter <200mm
-Bracket structure , Pump casing no base plate, the bracket share a common plate with motor
-Bearing lubrication method: diameter≦125mm, bearing by grease lubrication, bearing housing no additional machine oil required.
Diameter>125mm, bearing by oil lubrication, bearing house need additional machine oil.
2.Heavy duty pumps structure. Suction diameter≥250mm.
-Pump is suspension structure; pump and motor share a common base plate.
-Bearing lubrication method is grease lubrication, bearing house need additional machine oil.
3.UHB-ZK slurry pump can choose from multiple mechanical seal according to different application, normally seal type is K type oil seal.
